This library is fully tested in real work. It supports most encodings, including Cyrillic.
Everyone can use it in any products for free.
I have a solution to process SMS messages like HTTP requests.
You can create any SMS pages and set any conditions to redirect user to another SMS page. You can add your own methods, just inculde your library (like plugins)
