With version 2.5.8 my problem haven't solution yet . I still recieve: "?a?b?c"

I have used new library (version 2.5.7) but I can't send flashSMS with unicode characters or with none-unicode characters.
I have sent a message: "abc" and I have recieved: "?a?b?c"

When I use older library, I connect to SMSC very good. Today I try use new library, I have got some problem followed:

Now, I have send FlashSMS, but I can't sent FlashSMS with Unicode characters and normal texts, my cellphone will recieve text mix "?".
