issue while reciving Submit SM

Hi
I have a SMS sending application . If i sent say 40 msgs to operator , i am able to recive on 38 or 37 submit response . I will get Delivery response(DR) for all the 40 msg . Why is it so

thanks for your reply . I used 2.10.0 .Now When i connector to the operator i am getting a different sequence number for DR and SR . Why is it so .

Do you mean delivery_sm and submit_sm_resp from SMPP server?

Is there any difference between v 2.10.0.0 and 2.10.1.0 . Some times i am not able to receive submit response and delivery response sent by the operator .I am using a fake operator .
