Developing of ALT.SMS.SmppClient library is stoped.

- New customers should consider to use Inetlab.SMPP library as improved implementation of SMPP protocol.
- Customers who already use ALT.SMS.SmppClient library can receive updates with bug fixes till 01 March 2011.
