it seems these settings are for mobile phone.
But library requires settings for MM7 protocol the interface between MMSC and value-added service provider (VASP).

yes, when you need to implement MM7 protocol in your application, but you don't have such access to MMSC,
you can build application with test server from the library.
but please note that Erricsson MM7 protocol is not supported. Only standard MM7 Protocol.
